Kareforce supports three core groups:

Families gain peace of mind. Every caregiver on Kareforce is verified through a background check. You can view caregiver profiles, certifications, and work history before making a connection, so there are fewer surprises and more confidence in your care decisions.

We are creating an opportunity for short and long term matches, respite care, and supplemental support between caregivers and clients. We also provide support to agencies, their caregivers and clients, caregivers not affiliated with an agency, clients not affiliated with an agency, nonprofits, and inclusive businesses, making Kareforce more than a marketplace—it’s a growing community hub.
No. Kareforce supports a wide range of care needs.

Kareforce offers flexible membership plans based on your role:

  • Independent Caregivers

    Initial background screening fee of $95.49 through partnership with Checkr (background screening platform) while maintaining active membership on Kareforce.

  • Independent Clients

    Monthly Membership: $9.99

    Annual Membership: $99.99

  • Agencies

    Pricing based on the number of clients and caregivers. Our team works directly with agencies to create a plan that fits their needs.

Nonprofit organizations and inclusive businesses will be able to post events, programs, and services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities within the Kareforce platform. Nonprofit organizations will be able to post at no cost to them and for-profit will be charged a nominal fee.

Kareforce is evolving into a full community hub. Future initiatives include:

  • Establishing and funding a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the developmental and intellectual disabilities community

  • A centralized space in the app for programs, events, and services

  • Promotion of inclusive businesses offering sensory-friendly or supportive experiences

  • Partnerships with employers that welcome individuals with special needs
